What I Built & How
For the landing pages, service pages, and the specialized magazine section, we needed sub-1-second load times and exceptional SEO. We chose Next.js with Static Site Generation (SSG) so country-specific service pages and blog posts are pre-rendered — they open instantly on click. Tailwind CSS gave us a consistent design system across typography, brand colors, and interactive elements.
Booking Funnel — Conditional form logic that dynamically updates fields based on user choices (country, business stage) without page reloads, with timezone-aware time slot selection and instant client-side validation
Mega Menu & Mobile Nav — Fully navigable hamburger menu with nested submenus covering 12+ countries and startup visa types, designed mobile-first for small touch screens
Image & Performance Optimization — Used next/image for WebP conversion and lazy loading across all hero images and videos to protect Core Web Vitals scores
Trust & Social Proof — Scroll-triggered Framer Motion animations for success story quotes and partner logos, creating a premium, high-credibility feel
Landing & Magazine Pages — SSG-powered blog and country-specific service pages with structured SEO metadata for maximum discoverability
